Our Glendale Unified School District Board of Education adopted a new Hate-Motivated Behavior Policy prohibiting discriminatory behavior, statements, or slurs that degrade an individual on the basis of race, color, ancestry, national origin, nationality, ethnicity, ethnic group identification, age, religion, marital or parental status, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or gender expression. It is ultimately our responsibility to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all of our students.
